He has personally led some of the most high-profile partner and group placements across the United States. Before founding Parrillo Search Group, Michael served as Executive Vice President and a senior leader at a prominent legal recruiting firm, after spending several years at Morgan Stanley.

Vijay began his legal recruiting career in 2006 and has made major placements of large groups, practice teams and significant individuals at a number of top New York and other leading firms. He has placed partners in a wide range of practice areas and jurisdictions, many of whom are considered leaders in their fields and regularly recognized in Chambers, IFLR, and the Legal 500. Partners and law firms gain tremendous benefit and insight from Vijay’s deep recruiting experience in a wide range of practice areas, and has been recognized by LawDragon as one of the top 100 legal recruiters in the country. Before joining Parrillo Search Group, Vijay led the New York office of Lippman Jungers LLC, and prior to that was a Senior Recruiter at Audrey Golden Associates in New York.
